Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a first bonus of 150% up to RM1,000. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received before bonus winnings may be withdrawn.
Calculation example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Account balance RM250 → Wagering requirement: RM150 × 25 = RM3,750 before bonus winnings may be withdrawn.
General rules relating to bonuses:
- Only one bonus may be active in an account at any one time unless otherwise stated.
- The platform reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is evidence of abuse or an attempt to manipulate the wagering requirement.
- Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus amount and related winnings being cancelled.

- Failure by the user to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the stipulated timeframe.
- A decision by the relevant regulatory authority.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 24/7 support team via live chat or email. Valid balances in the account will be returned to the user once all compliance checks are complete, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
09Limitation of Liability
jomkiss9 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, consequential or punitive — suffered by users in relation to:
- Service disruptions caused by factors beyond the platform's control, including internet infrastructure outages, natural disasters or directives from authorities.
- Betting outcomes experienced by users as a result of their own choices.

10Amendments to Terms
